Cockapoo Club of GB AGM 2015
Notification is hereby given of the Cockapoo Club of GB Annual General Meeting to be held at 7pm on Friday 14th August 2015 at Newark Showground.
All members are entitled to attend the AGM.
The business of the AGM will be:
a) Present
b) Apologies
c) Acceptance of minutes of AGM 2014
d) Matters arising
e) Election of Secretary and Membership Secretary, in accordance with clause 8.4 of the CCGB Constitution
f) Treasurer’s report
g) Chairman’s report
Any nominations for Committee positions listed in e) above must be submitted to the CCGB Secretary by email (admin@cockapooclubgb.co.uk) before 24th July 2015.
